Generator and Electrical Contracting Expertise
We have always operated under the philosophy that true value in any work is the quality of the work that gets done. I know a lot of times it’s money but sometimes if you spend 10% more on the original installation you save 50% on making repairs to an inferior installation with an inferior product. So do it once, do it right and you don’t have to come back and do it again.
By having Academy Electrical Contractors come in we can save the facilities managers the expense and the scheduling nightmare of having two contractors. We take care of all your electrical contracting work whether it’s repairs, upgrades, new installations and while we are they we can also take care of your emergency generator. We can maintain your generator, we are factory authorized for Cummins and Kohler which are the two big players so if it needs to be repaired or maintained we have the expertise to take care of that.
Along with repairing, trouble shooting and maintenance, thermal imaging is something that should be done. I know that it’s an expense but we would rather find a hot connection and tighten it, rather than wait until it completely destroys itself and you go through a power failure. If things get really bad and there is a catastrophic failure of your electrical system we have a fleet of rental trailer mounted diesel generators so that we can come and re-power your facility and get your operation back up whether it’s a process system a hotel/motel, apartment buildings we have done just about everything with the generators.
Diversity in Facilities
Academy Electrical Contractors has work with small commercial industrial facilities, large industrial facilities, hotels, motels, Marriot, Hilton, marinas we have done work in process facilities where they are processing cosmetic products. We’ve done very large warehouses, automated warehouses where their whole conveyor system is completely computerized and automated, and refrigerated warehouses.
We have worked with many office complexes, just about anything commercial or industrial either we have been in or currently are in, including: high profile data centers, medical doctor buildings where they do outpatient surgeries where they have generator sets backing them up and they seem to be more in tuned with testing. Some of it is mandated by the state so down is not an option. They want to do the generator testing and they want to make sure everything is ready should it be needed.
